I am really struggling with this issue and would love some advice on how to stop motions naturally. Just last week, I was at work and felt this sudden urge to go to the bathroom, like my stomach was a tornado, it was really embarrassing! I thought maybe it was something I ate, but I’ve been dealing with these stomach issues for a while now. My friend suggested peppermint tea, but that’s only helped a little. I’ve been looking into how to stop motions naturally because I really don’t want to rely on medications, esp since I've read they can have side effects. I tried ginger too, thinking it might settle my stomach, but it feels like a game of whack-a-mole, every time I think I'm better, it hits me again. I also thought about my diet—more fiber or less, I dunno! Anyway, doctor told me to keep an eye on it, but I’d really rather find a solution to how to stop motions naturally because this is seriously cramping my style!
