I am really worried because I've been dealing with this weird issue lately where I keeps having loose motions pretty frequently. Like, just yesterday I had to rush to the bathroom three times within an hour after lunch! I don’t know if it’s something I ate or what, but I've had a really sensitive stomach for a while now. My friend mentioned something about how to avoid loose motion, but I’m kinda confused on what actually works. Last week I was at a restaurant and totally overlooked how spicy the dish was, and that totally did not help! Let me tell you, no one wants to be stuck in a public restroom feeling like this. I’ve tried drinking more water and even cut back on dairy, but sometimes it feels like nothing really helps. I read some articles online, but they all seem to be saying different things about how to avoid loose motion. Can anyone give me some concrete tips that actually work? I’m just really frustrated that this keeps happening, ya know? It’s not like I’m eating anything crazy; just normal meals, but I can’t figure out this loose motion problem I seem to have.
