Dengue fever fruits - #12108
I am struggling to figure out what to eat after being diagnosed with dengue fever. Just last week, I came down with this sudden fever, and it hit me hard — like a truck. I had chills, terrible headaches, and all I could do was lay in bed. The doctor said I have dengue fever, and to manage it better, I should be mindful of what I’m eating. But honestly, I’m kinda lost on that. I've heard that certain fruits might help with dengue fever, but I really don't know which ones! Is watermelon good? What about papaya? I read somewhere that papaya leaves can be beneficial, but is that true for the fruit too? I hate being so uneducated on dengue fever fruits! Can someone please clear this up? I’m worried about dehydration, and I don’t wanna make myself worse by eating the wrong stuff! Also, how about coconuts? Are they okay? I just really wish someone would give me a simple list of helpful dengue fever fruits because I'm starting to feel overwhelmed with all this info out there and need something I can trust! Thanks in advance!
