How to get rid of spots on face? - #12191

I am really stressed out about these spots on my face. Like, they started appearing a few months ago, but it’s like they multiplied over night! I’ve tried a ton of over-the-counter creams, you know, the ones that say they help to get rid of spots on face, but nothing seems to work. Sometimes, they’re red and irritated, and at other times they’re just these weird dull marks. I even switched to a gentle cleanser thinking that might help, but nope. A friend told me to try some natural remedies and I’m tempted, but I wonder if that's even effective or if I should stick with medical treatments instead? How to get rid of spots on face, everyone? Any recommendations on what to use? Also, should I see a dermatologist about this, or is that overkill? I mean, are there easy solutions that'd help me without having to go through a bunch of tests or treatments? I just want clear skin again! Any tips or personal experiences would be awesome! Thanks!
