I am dealing with a bit of a situation here. For the past three days, I've had these loose motions, and it's really starting to get to me. I went out for dinner with friends, and I think something didn’t sit right with me. Now, every time I eat, it seems like my stomach just goes haywire. I’m trying to remember if I’ve read somewhere about what to have during episodes of loose motions, but honestly, I’m lost. I’ve tried staying hydrated, but I just don’t know what specific foods I should eat. Loose motions me kya khana chahiye? I’ve heard things like bananas are good, but can I also have rice? Is it okay to have yogurt? I’m worried that if I eat the wrong thing, it’ll just make it worse, you know? I can't even concentrate on work, I just feel weak and irritable.
