Weight loss reasons - #12245

Aasha

I am really puzzled about my current situation because I've been struggling with my weight for a while now. I mean, I've tried all sorts of diets and workouts but nothing seems to stick. Lately, I’ve been noticing that I'm losing weight without really trying, and I can't help but feel a little anxious about it. Like, my friends have even pointed out how much slimmer I look, but I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or what. It started a couple of months ago when I got super stressed at work, and then I lost my appetite. I thought maybe it was just temporary, but I keep dropping pounds every week! I didn't realize how many weight loss reasons could be tied to stress, and now I'm wondering if this is all related. I’ve also had some weird symptoms like fatigue and a bit of nausea here and there. I guess I just need to understand if there are specific weight loss reasons that might explain what I'm feeling, or if I should worry that it might be something more serious. Anyone have any ideas? Should I be seeing someone about this?
