I am really worried about my liver health lately. Last month, I went for a routine check-up and my doctor mentioned some elevated enzyme levels in my blood tests, which got me thinking about what I should be doing to improve my liver health. I've heard some people talk about supplements and stuff, and now I'm curious about which vitamin helps liver health. Friends of mine keep saying “Oh, take this vitamin or that one; it’ll help your liver,” but no one really says which vitamin helps liver health specifically.
