Which yoga is best for liver health? - #12369

I am struggling with some liver issues lately and just feel kinda lost on what to do. I went to the doc, and they mentioned stuff about my liver health, which wasn’t great to hear, ya know? I mean, I've always considered yoga for stress relief but never thought about the connection with liver health. A friend suggested that maybe I should try looking into which yoga is best for liver health specifically, but there are sooooo many types out there! Like, is it Hatha, Vinyasa, or maybe Ashtanga? I have no clue. Plus, I’ve read online that certain poses can actually help detoxify the liver? Really? I’ve tried downward dog and stuff, but I didn't feel much different after! I don’t know if I’m doing it right or if there’s more I should be focusing on. Also, should I be doing it every day or just a few times a week for it to actually help my liver? I want to improve my health but everything feels overwhelming. Which yoga is best for liver health, honestly? I’d appreciate any suggestions or personal experiences with this!
