I am really confused about my digestion lately. Like, for the past few weeks, I've been feeling super bloated and uncomfortable after meals. I try to eat healthy, but it seems like no matter what I do, my stomach just isn’t cooperating. I’ve seen a few doctors and they keep giving me different advice, but no one seems to really address my biggest question: how to improve digestion naturally? I mean, I read somewhere that drinking warm lemon water in the morning could help, but I’m not sure that’s enough. And probiotics—are they worth the hype? I tried some yogurt with live cultures but didn’t notice a big difference. Plus, I’m kind of worried about being too reliant on supplements. What about fiber? I’ve added more fruits and veggies but I don't know if that’s really helping either. Also, I've been stressed out with work, and I wonder if that messes with my digestion too? Like, does stress even affect digestion? I really want to know how to improve digestion naturally because I feel like I’m missing something, ya know? Any tips or advice from real experiences would really help, thanks!
