I am kinda freaking out here, and I really need some help! About a month ago, I did a routine blood test and my liver enzymes were higher than normal—like, alarmingly high. I hadn't even been drinking much, honestly! I mean, I always thought I was pretty healthy, but I'm starting to wonder how to keep liver healthy.
