I am kinda freaking out here, and I really need some help! About a month ago, I did a routine blood test and my liver enzymes were higher than normal—like, alarmingly high. I hadn't even been drinking much, honestly! I mean, I always thought I was pretty healthy, but I'm starting to wonder how to keep liver healthy. My doc advised me to look into my diet and lifestyle, but I guess I just never thought about how to keep liver healthy before. I’ve been trying to eat more fruits and veggies, and I cut down on the greasy foods, but sometimes I still crave junk. Ugh, I can’t even remember the last time I had a drink. It feels like everything I read online just makes it sound complicated. Does anyone have practical tips on how to keep liver healthy? Like, is it just about avoiding alcohol and eating greens? Should I be taking supplements or anything? I feel like I need a lifeline here to understand how to keep liver healthy without feeling overwhelmed. If anyone has gone through this, what worked for you? I really hope I can get this sorted. Thanks!
