I am really confused about diet stuff lately. Couple of months ago, my doctor said I have a fatty liver. He didn't explain too much about it, just told me to watch my diet. Now I'm kinda freaking out about "which foods are good for fatty liver?" like, what can I even eat? I googled some things, but there’s like a million suggestions and honestly, some even contradict each other. One day I read that avocados are good and the next day it's like they’re not. I do know I should probably avoid sugary snacks and fast food, but what about fruit? Is fruit okay? My friends say nuts are healthy, but how much can I have without going overboard? And then there's the whole thing about carbs — like how many carbs are too many? I feel like I'm walking on eggshells with food choices, not knowing what’s gonna help or hurt. It’s kinda stressing me out!!! Does anyone have a list or something that really clears this up? It’d be great to hear other folks experiences too! What are your go-to meals and snacks? Thank you!
