I am struggling with an enormous amount of stress lately, and honestly, I’m kinda freaked out about my heart health, ya know? Last month, I had this crazy episode where my chest felt tight, and my heart was racing like I just ran a marathon. I ended up at the ER, and they said everything looked okay, but they warned that stress can seriously mess with your heart. I’ve never thought much about how stress affects your heart before but now it’s like, all I can think about. I also read somewhere that managing stress is crucial for heart health, but I really have no idea how to go about it. Like, where do I even start? I try breathing exercises but I can’t seem to stick to them. Should I be looking into yoga or meditation maybe? I’ve also heard about therapy helping but that can get expensive. Are there simpler ways on how to manage stress for heart health? Like, what works for you guys? I’m just feeling overwhelmed and a bit lost on how to take care of my heart without losing my mind over stress. Any insights on how to manage stress for heart health would be super helpful!
