I am feeling super worried about how to control wrinkles on face lately. I’ve noticed some fine lines popping up, especially around my eyes and mouth, and it's like they appeared overnight! I mean, last summer, my skin was looking pretty decent, right? But now, after my stress levels shot up from work and not getting enough sleep, I can see these wrinkles and it's driving me nuts! I tried a couple of creams, but nothing seems to work. I read online about all sorts of remedies and treatments like laser therapy and botox, but I’m not sure if that's the right route for me. I even started drinking more water hoping that would help to control wrinkles on face, but I’m not seeing much change. Do I need to change my diet? Should I be using a specific kind of sunscreen to prevent more wrinkles? Also, is there any non-invasive way to manage this that you guys swear by? I just want my skin to look fresh again! Any tips on how to control wrinkles on face would really help! I feel like I need desperate advice here, thanks!
