I am really concerned about my heart health lately. I’ve noticed that my heart rate seems to be higher than normal, especially when I’m just sitting around or even when I’m trying to relax. It’s kinda bizarre honestly because I never had this issue before! Just last week, I was chilling on my bed, and my heart rate was like 100 bpm even though I was watching TV.
