I am feeling really overwhelmed about my eating habits and how they might be affecting my health. Last month, I decided to do a full detox, cutting out sugar and processed foods. At first, I thought it was going great! I even dropped a few pounds, but now I'm just confused. I started looking into the advantage of healthy food and honestly, there’s so much info out there! Like, sometimes I think I am doing the right thing, but then my energy levels are all over the place. One minute I’m super focused on work, and the next I feel like I could sleep for a week. I’ve noticed my skin is also breaking out, and I don’t know if that’s related to the change in my diet or just stress. My friends keep telling me about the advantage of healthy food, saying things like how it can improve mood and digestion, but then why do I feel this way? I've been trying to eat more greens and fruits, but is it possible that I'm not doing something right? How long does it usually take to notice the advantage of healthy food? Like, am I supposed to feel different almost immediately or do some people take longer to adjust? I hope someone can help me unpack this 'cause I feel kinda lost right now!
