I am feeling super worried right now since my brother just got diagnosed with dengue. He’s been really sick and it’s been hard for the whole family. We’ve been looking into what to eat in dengue vegetarian since he's trying to stick to a plant-based diet. He’s dealing with fever, headaches, and that awful fatigue that comes with it, and I want to makesure he’s getting the right nutrients!
