I am really curious about this ever since I started feeling some odd discomfort in my upper right abdomen. Like, I’ve been dealing with minor issues for a while, and my doc mentioned my liver might need some attention. I love eating fruit, especially bananas, but I've heard mixed things about how what we eat impacts our liver health.
