I am really struggling with my skin right now and I don't know how to reduce pimples and acne. It started a few months ago after I switched to a new skin care routine, thinking it would help. But nooooo, it got worse instead. Like, I wake up and there's another pimple on my face, or sometimes multiple, ugh! I thought maybe it was the moisturizer, but even after going back to my old products, it’s still bad. I went to a dermatologist, and they suggested some creams but honestly, they made my skin flake. Plus, I've tried changing my diet too, cutting out sugars and dairy, and still nada. Someone told me to drink more water, but is that really helping? I feel like I’ve tried everything—washes, creams, even those over-the-counter spot treatments, but nothing seems to really work for me long-term. I mean, I just wanna know how to reduce pimples and acne effectively without all these side effects. Are there any natural remedies or lifestyle changes that could really help? Or is it just a matter of time? I can’t deal with this forever!🙁 Please help!
