I am struggling with this whole fatty liver thing and really need to find a good fatty liver solution. A few months back, I started feeling really tired and brushing it off as just life stress, but then I got this weird pain in my upper right abdomen. I thought I might just be imagining it, but finally went to the doc and got an ultrasound. Turns out, I have a fatty liver! The doc threw around "fatty liver solution" but it felt like they were just saying that as a catchphrase – like I get the lifestyle changes and eat healthier part, but is there more? I mean, I’ve cut out soda and started walking more but I still feel frustrated. I thought if I'm trying to get a solid fatty liver solution here, it shouldn't be so complicated, right?
