I am really worried about my liver health lately! I went in for some blood tests a few weeks ago and the doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were high, which freaked me out. I honestly don't drink much alcohol, but I'm feeling like I might need to change my diet. I keep hearing about the best foods for liver repair, but I am not exactly sure which ones to focus on. I've read stuff about beets and leafy greens being good, but is that really true? Also, are there other foods that could help with liver repair? I'd totally prefer to adjust my diet rather than rely just on medications. I mean, I try to eat healthy – lots of fruits and veggies – but I might be missing something important!
