I am really struggling with my skin these days. I don’t know if you can relate, but I've been dealing with this crazy breakout for like a month now, and it seems to be getting worse instead of better. I tried everything I could think of — different cleansers, moisturizers, even those fancy face masks I saw online. Anyway, a friend mentioned acne patches, and I was like, “What even are acne patches?” She said they help with zits overnight, but I’m not sure if they really work or if it's just another gimmick. So I ordered some and used them on a couple of those really painful spots, but honestly, I'm not seeing much difference yet. Has anyone else used acne patches for their breakouts? Do they really work like people say they do? Or is it just a temporary fix? Also, how often can you use these acne patches? Should I be using them every night or just when I see a huge pimple coming? Just trying to figure out if I should keep giving them a go or ditch them altogether, ya know? This whole thing has me super frustrated, and I just want clear skin again! I would love any advice anyone has on how to effectively use acne patches!
