I am really worried about my situation. Last week, I started feeling dizzy and weak, and to make matters worse, I’ve been having this awful loose motion for like two days straight. It’s just been like one massive struggle. I’ve tried to eat a bit but every time I do, it's like my stomach just flips out and sends me running to the bathroom. My mom suggested that I try ORS, saying ORS helps in loose motion by rehydrating you, but like, I don’t even know what that is exactly. I did some reading and it sounds kinda good but I'm not sure if I can trust it or if I should just stick to water. I don’t want to make things worse, ya know? I did get some light soup and bananas in my system today, and while my stomach hasn’t stopped grumbling, I feel just a tad better. Can someone tell me how exactly ORS helps in loose motion and when I should start using it? How frequently should I be taking it? Also, is there anything else I should combine it with or avoid? Just hoping to get this sorted quickly because this is really affecting my work and life in general!
