I am really trying to figure out if we can eat sweet potato at night for weight loss. I've been doing some meal prepping, and I wanna make dinner more interesting. My friend told me that sweet potatoes are super healthy and can help with weight loss, but I keep hearing mixed things about eating carbs at night. Like, last week, I loaded up on a sweet potato for dinner since it made me feel good, but then I was worried I messed up my progress. I’ve been working out hard and, honestly, I don't wanna sabotage that. I read somewhere that sweet potatoes can be a low-calorie filling option, and I thought they might be a better alternative than, like, pasta or rice, but can we really eat sweet potato at night for weight loss? I mean, they have that natural sweetness, right? Are there wrong ways to prepare them? Mashed? Baked? I dunno, just wanna hear some suggestions from you guys about how to incorporate sweet potato at night without ruining my weight loss goals. Any advice on timing too?
