I am kinda worried about my liver health lately. For the past few months, I've been feeling really fatigued, and my digestion is super off. My doctor suggested some tests, and my liver enzyme levels were slightly elevated. Everything I've read online says I should focus on the right food to improve liver health, but every article says something different! Like, one says beetroot is great, while another talks about how leafy greens are a must. Honestly, it’s overwhelming! My friends keep telling me to cut out sugar and caffeine, which makes sense, but I also love my morning coffee! I tried adding turmeric to my meals after reading about it, but I’m not sure how much it helps. I mean, how much food to improve liver health do I actually need? Are there specific foods that are better for liver health overall that I should really be focusing on?
