I am really concerned about my health lately. Over the past few months, I've been experiencing some unusual fatigue and mild discomfort around my abdomen, which has made me quite anxious. I went for some tests, and my doctor mentioned I might be developing fatty liver, which is scary because I don’t wanna have serious health issues at my age. I mean, how to prevent fatty liver is just something that keeps coming to my mind. I've tried to cut down on the junk food, but with the holidays just around the corner, it feels impossible to stick to a healthy diet. I've even started jogging in the mornings. But, honestly, I’m not sure if that's enough. I read a lot about how to prevent fatty liver and things like reducing sugar intake and getting enough exercise, but sometimes it feels overwhelming – like, is just exercise enough? What about alcohol? I enjoy a drink occasionally but I've heard it can really affect liver health. Is it true that losing weight slowly is better for preventing fatty liver too? People say so many things!
