I am really worried about my health lately. A few weeks ago, I started feeling super sluggish, like I just couldn't shake off this fog in my head. I did some research and came across a lot of info about how to detox your blood fast. Like, isn't that something I should try? I mean, I've been eating junk food, and I barely drink water, maybe that's catching up to me. Anyway, I decided to go for a blood test last week and my doctor mentioned that my cholesterol levels are kind of high. I can't help but wonder if this has to do with what I've been eating or not detoxifying properly. I read that by detoxifying, I could give my body a reset. There's all these methods out there, like drinking more water, green juices, and certain herbs that supposedly help with detoxifying the blood. But like, how to detox your blood fast? I need a plan that won’t take forever because honestly, I'm feeling pretty awful and I want to feel better ASAP. I'm not really sure what works or if there's anything specific that I should avoid while trying to detox my blood fast. Can anyone give me tips or share experiences?
