I am really struggling with my skin lately. I've been dealing with a lot of spots on my face and honestly, it’s driving me nuts. Like, I never had this problem before, and now it feels like they just popped up overnight! I know I should probably be doing more for my skin, but I just don’t know how to get rid of spots effectively. I've tried a few over-the-counter creams but they don’t seem to work, or maybe my expectations are just too high? Last week, I went to the dermatologist and they suggested some topical treatments, but I'm just worried they won’t be enough. Other than that, I’ve been changing my diet, drinking more water, and trying to get enough sleep hoping that might help, but still nothing good. I really am looking for advice from anyone who has struggled with this and knows how to get rid of spots. Like, what works? Any home remedies or lifestyle changes that made a difference for you?
