I am pretty worried about my health lately and was hoping someone could shed some light on this liver detox natural stuff. Like, a few months ago, I started feeling super fatigued and my digestion went bonkers. All the bloating and stuff made me think maybe my liver needs a break? I heard that liver detox natural remedies could help clean things out. I tried some lemon water and dandelion tea, but honestly, I don’t know if that’s doing anything. Last week, my doctor ran some tests and said my liver enzymes are slightly elevated, which freaked me out! He mentioned a few things about diet and lifestyles but didn’t really dive into liver detox natural options. I’ve been reading about all these different cleanses online, and some seem really intense — like only juice for days? I'm not sure I can do that.
