I am really worried about my health right now because my doctor just told me I have fatty liver. I mean, I guess I should've seen it coming since I’ve been feeling super fatigued and had some belly discomfort for a while. I honestly thought it was just stress from work, but after some blood tests, here we are. I did some research, and I keep coming across articles about how to treat fatty liver, but they seem to say diff things. Some suggest diet changes, while others mention medication or supplements, which confuses me even more. I tried to eat healthier lately—switched to more veggies and cut down on soda—but it feels like nothing’s really working. Do I just need to exercise more? How to treat fatty liver seems like a question I can't get an answer for. Are there specific foods I should be eating or avoiding? Also, what about alcohol? Like, does that mean I can’t have any at all? I don’t wanna make it worse, but I also don't wanna cut out everything I enjoy.
