reason for gas - #14247
I am dealing with an awful issue that’s been going on for a while now, and I just need to understand the reason for gas in my body!! Like, I’m talking about super uncomfortable bloating and gas pains. It all started about two months ago after I went on a spontaneous road trip with some friends. We were eating fast food like there was no tomorrow, and I thought maybe that was just it. But then, like, a week later, I noticed that even when I eat normally, I still have these crazy bloating moments and, oh boy, the gas! I’ve tried everything like ginger tea and simethicone, but they only help a little. I also got some blood work done cause I was freaking out, but everything came back normal. I was wondering if the reason for gas could be related to stress or something? I mean, I do get a bit anxious and I heard that could contribute to digestive issues?? Or could it just be the way I’m eating? Like, I can’t figure out if it’s lactose or gluten or what... I just really need help understanding the reason for gas in my issues because it’s sooo annoying and really affecting my day-to-day life! What should I do?
