good quality aloe vera gel - #14261
I am really worried because I've been using this good quality aloe vera gel for my sunburns, but honestly, it feels like it’s not working like I thought it would. Last month, when I got burned at the beach, I rushed to the store and bought this supposedly good quality aloe vera gel, thinking it would be a miracle cure. And I did read some reviews and people said it was the best. But I still felt this awful sting and redness. I even applied it twice a day, but my skin was still so tender for a week! I also noticed that my skin didn't feel as hydrated as I expected - kinda felt sticky, y'know? Is there a chance that the gel I got wasn’t really a good quality aloe vera gel after all? I heard that sometimes they add stuff to it that can cause more irritation? Like, I am just thinking if there are specific brands you guys trust or signs I should look for to ensure I’m really getting the best. I mean, I don’t want to waste money on something that doesn't help! Any tips would really help, I just want something that actually works!
