I am worried about my liver health and need some advice on how to strong your liver. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this weird heaviness in my upper right abdomen, and it got me thinking a lot about liver function. I’ve had some blood work done, and my doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were on the high side. I don’t drink alcohol much, maybe a glass of wine on weekends, but I do love fried food and sweets. I guess I’ve been ignoring how my diet affects me. I read online that there are ways to strengthen your liver and I really want to know how to strong your liver properly. I’m trying to incorporate more veggies and drink more water. Is there anything else I should be doing? Supplements, herbs, or specific foods that help? I’m kinda lost right now and don’t wanna mess around with my health. Friends keep telling me that detoxes are great but I’m not sure if that's true. Like, do liver cleanses actually work? Or is it just a myth? What’s the deal? Any advice on how to strong your liver would be super helpful! I hate feeling this way, and I just really want to get back on track.
