I am worried about my liver health and need some advice on how to strong your liver. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this weird heaviness in my upper right abdomen, and it got me thinking a lot about liver function. I’ve had some blood work done, and my doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were on the high side. I don’t drink alcohol much, maybe a glass of wine on weekends, but I do love fried food and sweets.
