Since your acne is active and ongoing even without using any products, it means your skin needs gentle medical treatment, not just stopping products. Start with a mild face wash twice daily and a benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel only on pimples at night, but avoid scrubbing or harsh products. Please consult a Dermatologist (MD/DVL) because at your age they may also check for early hormonal imbalance and help prevent scars and marks.
Hello Avanti By going through your history and evaluation of your health status I must say that - For Acne- Adapalene gel (0.1% at night, very thin layer) OR benzoyl peroxide gel (2.5–5%). Use only on acne spots For oily skin - use facewash Cetaphil oily skin cleanser
Do NOT pick/squeeze pimples – this worsens pigmentation.
#For Pigmentation/Marks
Niacinamide 5% serum (morning or night, if skin is not irritated). Consistency is key pigmentation takes 2–3 months to lighten.
Lifestyle modification -
Avoid excess dairy, junk, sugary foods. Drink enough water, get 7–8 hrs sleep.
If acne is not receding please consult a dermatologist in person
I trust this helps Thank you

Active acne in oily sensitive skin can be particularly challenging, but there are several steps you can take to manage it effectively. First, the absence of any skincare routine might be keeping your skin barren but vulnerable to oil buildup, which can worsen acne. Introduce a gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser — ideally one formulated for sensitive skin and with ingredients like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. These help clear pores and reduce acne-causing bacteria, use it once or twice a day. It’s crucial, though, to avoid over-washing or using harsh scrubs, which can irritate sensetive skin further. Post-cleansing, consider applying a light moisturizer that is oil-free and non-comedogenic to keep your skin hydrated without clogging pores. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin. The red marks, which sound like post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, usually will fade over time. Sunscreen is essential during the day to prevent these marks from darkening—use a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher that’s formulated for oily skin. As for treatment options, topical retinoids can be effective for both acne and marks, but patch-test new products first to check your skin’s reaction. If acne persists or worsens, consult with a dermatologist, who may recommend other treatments like oral antibiotics or hormonal therapy if the underlying cause is hormonal. They might also discuss the option of professional procedures such as chemical peels or laser therapy for more persistent marks. Avoid picking at or squeezing acne, which exacerbates scarring and marks. Maintain a balanced diet, limit dairy and high-glycemic foods, and hydrate adequately to support overall skin health. Make sure to get adequate sleep and manage stress, as these factors can also influence skin condition.
