I am really worried about my liver lately. I mean, I've been feeling more tired than usual, and honestly, I’m not sure if it’s just stress or something going on with my liver. I’ve read a bit about how to keep liver healthy naturally, but it's all kinda overwhelming. The other day, I had this weird pain in my right side, and a friend mentioned that might be a sign to pay attention to my liver health. I don’t drink much alcohol, but I do like my fried foods and I’ve been told that’s not great. I tried to clean up my diet a bit, like swapping out soda for water…. but idk, it feels like I need to do more. Like I read somewhere about how to keep liver healthy naturally by using herbs or something. Are there specific foods or juices that really help? What about supplements? Do those really work or are they just a gimmick? I also started jogging a little, but I kinda doubt that would be enough on its own... Ugh, I just want to know how to keep liver healthy naturally without going crazy with diets or whatever. Any tips from anyone here? What do you all think really makes a difference?
