I am feeling really frustrated with my skin lately and just trying to figure out how to detox body for clear skin. For the past few months, I've been having these breakouts that won’t go away, and I'm not really sure what’s causing them. I eat pretty healthy — lots of fruits and veggies — but my face just looks dull and rough. I read online that detoxing can help, but like, how to detox body for clear skin? I tried drinking more water and cutting out sugar but I honestly don’t know if that even helps. Like, my friends swear by doing juice cleanses, but I’m kinda skeptical about that. Last week, I even tried a spa treatment that claimed to detox the skin, but I left feeling ripped off and still spotty. I want to know what really works! Anyone had success with how to detox body for clear skin? I'm just really scared to put more products on my face since everything I've tried seems to backfire. If anyone has tips or a personal experience with this detox for clearer skin thing, I could really use some guidance here! Thanks a lot!
