I am really confused about how to detoxify my body after feeling really sluggish and bloated for the past couple of weeks. I used to feel full of energy, and then I started noticing these weird cravings for junk food, which led me to eat things that I usually wouldn’t touch. I read somewhere that detoxifying might help, but I don't even kno how to detoxify my body in a safe way. I've tried cutting down on sugars and drinking more water but nothing seems to be changing. My mom suggested some weird cleanses that sound extreme, like only drinking lemon water for a week, but idk if that’s really healthy. I feel like my liver and digestion are kinda off, but I haven't been able to get a clear answer on how to detoxify my body without making things worse. Some friends are saying detox teas work great for them, while others claim they're just scams. Honestly, how can I figure out what is the best way to detoxify my body without hurting myself in the process? This whole thing is stressing me out and I just want to feel normal again!
