I am having this really frustrating issue where I keep getting this dard — ek dam se, like it just hits me outta nowhere. A few months ago, I was lifting weights at the gym, just a normal session. Then, suddenly, my back started hurting like crazy, sir me dard hone ke karan samajh nahi aa raha. I thought maybe I just overdid it or something, but even now, weeks later, it's still bothering me! I went to the doc, and they said it could be muscle strain or something along those lines. But I’m just not convinced, ya know? There's this pressure at my neck and head whenever I bend, like if I try to pick up something heavy or even twist too much. Are these common symptoms? Sir me dard hone ke karan kya hai?
