I am really struggling with these gas problem symptoms and I don’t know what to do. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling super bloated and uncomfortable after meals, and let me tell you, it’s been a real nightmare. Sometimes the gas problem symptoms are so intense that I feel like I could just explode! I've tried changing my diet but if anything, it seems to make it worse. I cut out dairy thinking it could be that, but still dealing with this constant pressure and burping – ugh, it's embarrassing! I even noticed that some days I can feel this sharp sort of pain in my abdomen, and then other days it's just this dull ache that comes and goes. Are these normal gas problem symptoms? I went to the doctor and they suggested it might be IBS or something like that, but I’m not sure. I did a couple of tests but waiting on results feels like forever. Honestly, I just want to know what kind of gas problem symptoms I should really be panicking about and if there’s something more serious lurking that I should be worried about. Help!
