I am really freaking out about my stomach swelling, like it's been blowing up for a couple weeks now. At first, I thought it was just some bloating, but then my whole abdomen started to feel hard and distended. It's just so uncomfortable! I tried to think back and remember if I ate something weird or if I’m stressed out or maybe just not drinking enough water... ugh, who even knows. My last meal was last night, and even though it was healthy-ish, I woke up this morning looking like I’m pregnant or something. I'm kinda embarrassed by it honestly. I asked my doctor, and they waved it off as nothing serious but still recommended lots of fluids and, like, rest? I'm not sure that’s helping though! I’m really looking for some stomach swelling treatment at home because I can't keep feeling like this. Have any of you guys found something that works? I'm thinking of trying ginger tea or maybe some warm compresses—I read somewhere that could help. Anyone had success with stomach swelling treatment at home that doesn’t involve a million products or supplements? Like, I don’t want to break the bank on this ya know. Please help, I’m getting a little desperate.
