I am really worried about my health right now. Over the last few months, I've been feeling more tired than usual and dealing with some weird stomach discomfort. Finally decided to go to the doctor and after some tests, they said I have fatty liver. I had no idea that fatty liver complications could be such a big deal. My doctor mentioned that if it progresses, it could lead to serious issues like cirrhosis, but I kinda brushed it off at first. Now, I’m constantly thinking about the effects of fatty liver complications and whether I’m at a high risk. I know people say it’s connected to diet and lifestyle, but I thought I was eating okay.
