I am really worried because I've been losing weight without trying, and it's kinda freaking me out! Like, over the past month or so, I've dropped about 10 pounds. I'm not on a diet, not exercising any more than usual, and honestly, I'm just more stressed out than usual with work lately. I used to be a pretty steady 150 pounds, and now I’m down to around 140, and I don’t feel that different, but pals keep asking me if I'm sick or something. I've had some mild tummy issues – like just feeling a bit bloated and gassy, but nothing crazy. I thought maybe it’s just stress, but then I started wondering, what is the reason of weight loss like this? I mean, I know stress can do weird stuff to your body, but part of me wonders if it’s something more serious? I did some blood work recently; waiting on results and kinda freaking out about that too. This weight loss has been bothering me a lot, and I'm frustrated because I can't pinpoint what is causing it. What is the reason of weight loss without visible symptoms? Anyone else been through this or have some insights? Need some advice! Thanks!
