I am really worried because I've been losing weight without trying, and it's kinda freaking me out! Like, over the past month or so, I've dropped about 10 pounds. I'm not on a diet, not exercising any more than usual, and honestly, I'm just more stressed out than usual with work lately. I used to be a pretty steady 150 pounds, and now I’m down to around 140, and I don’t feel that different, but pals keep asking me if I'm sick or something.
