I am totally confused about this whole liver purifying foods thing and need some advice. Last month, I started feeling super sluggish and my digestion got really weird — like bloating and stuff. My friend mentioned liver purifying foods, and I thought maybe I should try them out. Went to see my doc, who said my liver tests were normal but maybe I should focus on a healthier diet. I’m not sure what liver purifying foods I should be eating, though. I tried some green smoothies with kale and spinach, and, honestly, they just didn’t taste good at all. I think I need more helpful info. Are there specific liver purifying foods that actually taste decent? Like, are there any recipes or meals I can easily whip up? I want to feel better, and I’ve read so much about how fatty foods and sugars can affect the liver, but it’s tricky to figure out what to do. Should I just stick to liver purifying foods like beets and garlic or something? How often should I incorporate them into my diet? Any tips for someone who’s not a great cook would be awesome! I’m hoping to get back to feeling like my old self soon!
