I am really worried about my liver health. Lately, I’ve been feeling super sluggish, and my skin has kinda been breaking out more than usual. It’s like everything I eat just doesn’t sit right — bloating, discomfort...you name it. I read somewhere that a detox can help, but I have no idea how detox liver naturally works. Like, do I have to take special supplements, or can I just change my diet? I’ve tried drinking more water, and I even cut out soda for a week, but I feel like there's more to it than that.
