I am really confused about all these trends like liver cleansing juice! Last month I started feeling super sluggish, you know, with this heaviness in my abdomen and just low energy overall. A friend recommended this liver cleansing juice stuff, and I thought, why not try it? I mean, it’s all natural, right? I started drinking it every morning and honestly, things have been... weird? I mean, I feel a little better some days, but other days, I’m bloated and kinda nauseous. My sister says that cleansing is good but I saw some articles saying it might not even work. Didn’t even think of side effects like how too much juice could mess you up or something? Also, I read that liver cleansing juice can flush out toxins, but how do I know if that’s actually what’s happening? Like, do you guys think I am just wasting my time? I don’t wanna risk making my situation worse. Do y'all think I should keep going with this liver cleansing juice, or should I talk to my doctor instead? What are the real benefits vs. the hype?
