I am really curious if aloe vera is good for dark spots. I mean, I’ve been dealing with some pretty noticeable dark spots on my face for a while now, and it’s starting to get me down. A couple of months ago, I was out in the sun without sunscreen (big mistake, I know), and now I see these patches on my cheeks that I can't seem to get rid of. A friend suggested I try aloe vera because she heard it can help with skin issues like this. But like, is aloe vera good for dark spots really? I’ve read mixed things online. Some people swear by it, saying it worked wonders for them, while others say it didn’t do anything at all. I even tried this aloe vera gel that I bought at the store, but I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly or if it even has a chance to work. It all feels kinda overwhelming. Like, are there specific ways to apply aloe vera or certain types that are more effective? Does anyone have personal experience with this? I just want my skin to look like it used to before all these dark spots appeared! Help!
