I am really confused about what the best food to detox liver is. For the past month, I’ve been feeling sort of sluggish and not like myself, like I've got this foggy brain or something. My diet has kinda been all over the place lately — takeout, sugary snacks, you name it! A few days ago, I noticed my skin is breaking out more than usual, and I read somewhere that maybe it’s linked to liver health? I don’t know, but I don’t wanna feel stuck like this anymore. I started googling what the best food to detox liver is and there are just so many opinions! Some say leafy greens help, others say citrus fruits or maybe beet juice? I tried making a smoothie with spinach, lemon, and ginger, but it didn't taste too great honestly. I feel like I’m missing something. Is there like, a specific food or combination that’s considered the best food to detox liver? How quickly do people usually feel better after making dietary changes like these? Ugh, I just want to get back to feeling normal and clear-headed! If you guys could share some tips or your experiences with what you found to be the best food to detox liver, I’d really appreciate it!
