I am really stressed about this acne situation I’ve been dealing with for a while now. I’m in my early 20s and thought that I’d be done with all this skin trouble by now, but nope! My face just keeps breaking out, especially around my chin and jawline, which I heard could be hormone-related or whatever. I wanna know a good natural treatment for acne since I’m tired of using all those harsh chemicals that just irritate my skin even more. I tried over-the-counter creams but it feels like they do nothing and only make things worse. Last week, I started eating cleaner, more whole foods and drinking water like crazy, so I’m hoping that helps. Just feeling kinda lost. Has anyone had any success with a natural treatment for acne that actually works? I read about tea tree oil and witch hazel but not sure if it’s safe to mix them or....what did you all find effective? I really wanna avoid going to a dermatologist unless I have to, seems like a hassle. If you have personal experiences or suggestions, plsss share! Would love a natural treatment for acne that I can try without spending a ton. Thanks!
