I am really worried about my skin these days. I've always thought aloe vera for glowing skin was just one of those beauty trends, but my friend started using it, and her skin looks amazing! Anyway, I've been dealing with dullness and some random breakouts lately. I tried all these creams and serums but with zero results. Then, I bought an aloe vera gel, thinking it might help me out since everyone goes on about how great aloe vera for glowing skin is. Like, can it really make a difference? I put it on my face every night, and sometimes I mix it in my smoothies too, just thinking maybe I could get some internal benefits, haha. But I don't know if I'm supposed to do that or if it's actually helping. Is there even any real science behind using aloe vera for glowing skin?
