I am really stressed about these holes in my face. A couple of months ago, I had some acne and, like most people, I couldn’t resist picking at them. Now I have these noticeable holes that just seem to get worse!! It’s like every time I look in the mirror, I just see these scars, and they make me so self-conscious. I've tried using some creams, but they don't seem to work, and honestly, they just make my skin feel worse. I’ve heard people talk about how to remove holes from face naturally, but I’m not sure what actually works. I mean, should I try things like honey or aloe vera? Do those really help? I've also thought about using essential oils, but I feel like I need a clearer direction on how to remove holes from face naturally because I don't wanna make it worse! Also, how long would it even take to see any results if I do this? Is there anything I should avoid?? I've also read about certain foods that might help skin repair – do I need to change my diet? I’m just really hoping for any solid advice because I feel like I’ve tried everything already. Pls help!!!
