I am feeling really worried because my stomach has been acting up lately. For the past few days, I've been dealing with loose motion, and it's just so uncomfortable! I read somewhere that certain foods might help, and now I’m kinda wondering – is orange good for loose motion??? I always thought oranges were healthy, loaded with vitamin C and stuff, but now I’m not sure if they might make things worse instead of better. Like, yesterday, I had a few slices, thinking they would help, but then I started feeling even more unsettled after. Ugh, it’s so frustrating!! I know hydration is super important, but what about foods? I’ve also tried bananas and rice, which I heard can help. Are there specific things like is orange good for loose motion or should I just steer clear of fruits altogether? I’ve got a birthday party coming up, and I don't want to feel like this while trying to enjoy the celebrations! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
